There are times when a catalog just isn’t enough. When you need a space that doesn’t exist anywhere else. That’s exactly what a custom-designed booth is for: bringing your brand to life through form, materials, and lighting.
At ENJOY, we’ve been designing and manufacturing custom booths for sixteen years, with all the necessary expertise under one roof. And that makes all the difference at a trade show. Here’s why.

Why choose a custom stand?
The answer can be summed up in one sentence: Your brand is unique, so your space should be, too. A custom booth offers complete design freedom. No catalog constraints, no compromises on form or atmosphere.
At a trade show, your competitors are just a few meters away. That’s why a custom booth becomes your best asset: people recognize you at a glance. And they remember you long after the doors have closed.

What Makes a Good Custom Booth
An architecture designed for your business
First of all, a custom booth can’t be designed without understanding your needs. What product are you showcasing? How do your sales representatives work at trade shows? The design stems from these answers—never the other way around.
A stylish booth that reflects your brand identity
Materials, colors, textures, and the interplay of volumes: every choice accurately embodies your brand. A well-designed, well-maintained booth conveys a sense of solidity. And visitors sense it even before they step inside.
Integrated communication tools
Screens, interactive kiosks, demonstration areas, meeting spaces: a well-designed booth incorporates these elements from the very beginning. Nothing is added as an afterthought. It’s all part of the project.
Scenically Designed Lighting
At a custom-designed booth, lighting is carefully choreographed—it’s not just set up. It showcases the products, creates the atmosphere, and guides the eye. And it’s often this detail that sets a beautiful booth apart from a memorable one.

Custom-built booth or customizable booth?
The two approaches have more in common than you might think. On the one hand, a customizable booth starts with a rational, reusable structure that is then dressed in your colors. On the other hand, a fully custom-built booth starts with a blank slate.
In both cases, the design remains unique. The real question is your exhibition schedule. If you’re attending trade shows one after another, modularity offers significant advantages. Our article on eco-friendly modular booths explains this concept in detail, and the example of a booth that’s reassembled for each trade show speaks for itself.

The Process, from Concept to Editing
Creating a custom booth involves five steps.
- First, the brief. We listen to your brand, your goals, your budget, and your technical constraints.
- Next, the design. Our designers work in 3D, so you can see your booth before a single screw is even driven in.
- Then there's manufacturing. Carpentry, printing, structural work, electrical work, and finishing: all done in-house, without outsourcing.
- Next comes the setup. Our teams set everything up on site, adjust the lighting, and check every detail.
- Finally, follow-up. After the trade show, we take everything down, store it, and prepare for the next event.

Customization and eco-design go hand in hand
We sometimes hear that custom-made solutions are at odds with sustainability. That’s not true. Our booths are designed with reuse in mind from the very beginning: collapsible aluminum structures, graphics that can be replaced without having to rebuild the entire booth, water-based ink printing, and LED lighting.
This standard is widely recognized: ENJOY has earned the EcoVadis Silver Medal, awarded by an internationally recognized CSR assessment organization. And to take it a step further, our guide to successfully eco-designing your booth delves deeper into the topic.
