Why choose Enjoy Expo in the Île-de-France region?
Large parks, not the city center
Paris Nord Villepinte, Paris-Le Bourget, and the Versailles Exhibition Center: the outskirts of the Île-de-France region host trade shows that require ample space. With access for heavy trucks, loading docks, and high ceilings, working there is different from working in central Paris.
Made here, installed at your place
Carpentry, large-format printing, assembly: everything comes from our 2,000 m² workshop. A single point of contact, and setup begins at the time specified in the organizer’s schedule.

When a booth exceeds 100 square meters of floor space, it becomes a structural project: multiple levels, storage areas, partitions, stage lighting, and weight limits. Our workshop builds these structures, and our teams assemble them on site, often at night.
And what about within the city limits of Paris?
It’s a whole different ballgame: tight time slots, restricted access, and historic sites. We handle that, too—and our page on event booth setup in Paris covers it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a booth in Villepinte any different from a booth in Paris?
Almost everything. The Crown Parks offer height, access for heavy trucks, and loading docks: they can handle shipments that wouldn’t fit through the gates of a Parisian site. On the other hand, delivery slots are assigned in 15-minute increments, and a truck that arrives outside its slot has to wait.
Are you going up at night?
When the organizer’s schedule requires it, yes. At large parks, setup is often done in staggered shifts to bridge the gap between two events. This is included in the quote and isn’t billed as an extra charge when the time comes.
What is the minimum floor area required for a two-story booth?
Rarely less than 100 m² in floor space, and always in accordance with the park’s regulations: permitted height, weight limit, fire safety, and fire department access. The technical specifications are developed with the organizer before the booth design is finalized.
Who manages the delivery slots?
We. Slot requests, technical documentation, fluid orders, slinging: everything goes through your project manager. You receive the schedule—you don’t have to create it.
Do you also work at trade shows in Paris?
Yes, through another organization: see “Exhibition Booth Staff in Paris.” Beyond the Île-de-France region, we cover Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Cannes, andAlsace, as well as Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
