Your trade show booth for German trade shows, manufactured less than 30 km from the Rhine.

Why should you entrust us with your trade show booth in Germany?
70 km of workshop space, not 700
Our workshop is less than half an hour from the Rhine. A shipment for Stuttgart or Frankfurt leaves in the morning and arrives the same day, without any transshipments or intermediate stops. For a booth builder in the Paris region, the same trip takes twice as long.
One truck, one point of contact
Carpentry, large-format printing, assembly: everything comes from the same workshop. The booth is pre-assembled at our facility, loaded, and then reassembled on-site by the same teams that built it. No one sees your booth for the first time when they arrive at the venue.
The Rules of Messebau
German amusement parks enforce stricter construction regulations than those in France: plans must be submitted by a specified deadline, suspended structures and multi-level booths require prior approval, and setup time slots must be adhered to down to the hour. We design our attractions in accordance with the regulations of the specific park.
A team that speaks German
Communication with the organizers, fluid orders, plans requiring approval, safety instructions: everything is handled in German. Our teams in Alsace use it on a daily basis, which helps avoid costly misunderstandings just three days before the opening.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle the assembly yourselves in Germany, or do you outsource it there?
Our teams are setting up the booth—the same ones who built it in the workshop. That’s precisely why we limit ourselves to areas we can reach in a single day from Alsace.
Are there any customs formalities involved in exhibiting in Germany?
No. Germany is part of the European Union, so equipment moves freely: no ATA Carnet, no bond, and no delays at the border. This is an issue for Switzerland, not for Germany.
Do you handle the paperwork for the exhibition center?
Every German trade show has its own set of technical requirements: plans to be submitted by a certain deadline, orders for electricity, water, and security services, and insurance certificates. We walk you through these requirements right from the initial briefing to ensure that no documents are submitted late. The specific breakdown of these tasks is finalized when the quote is prepared, depending on the trade show and the organizer’s requirements.
Can you reuse my booth from one trade show to the next?
Yes, that’s the main advantage of a modular system. Between trade shows, the aluminum frames and printed canvases are returned to the workshop, where they’re inspected, reconfigured, and then shipped out again. For a series of recurring German trade shows, the investment is spread out over several editions.
Will you be available during a trade show in Germany in case of any issues?
Yes, and proximity makes all the difference: a replacement part leaves the workshop in the morning and arrives the same day. From Paris, it takes one more day.
