A fair lasts ten days. The expertise on display there, however, has been built up over more than fifteen years. For ENJOY, having a booth at the Alsace Wine Fair isn’t just a one-off project handled by a temporary contractor from out of town. We’re right at home here, just a few minutes from the workshop. And once again this year, you can see that in the aisles.
About 20 ENJOY booths at the 2026 Alsace Wine Fair
For the 77th edition of the Alsace Wine Fair, held July 31 through August 9 at the Colmar Exhibition Center, our teams designed, built, and set up about 20 booths. These 20 distinct spaces were created for exhibitors who do not share the same products, the same audience, or the same desire to tell their story.
A booth at the Alsace Wine Fair isn’t just a display set up to fill space. It serves three purposes at once: welcoming visitors, offering tastings, and making them want to come back. At a public event that runs from morning until late at night, the booth must keep up the pace, handle the crowds, and look just as good on the last day as it did on the first. That’s exactly what we prepare for in advance, screw by screw.

Exhibition stand manufacturer from Alsace: Everything is made in Ingersheim, fifteen minutes from Colmar
No outsourcing to distant locations, no containers traveling across a continent. Our custom-made, modular booths come straight from our workshop in Ingersheim, just outside Colmar. Concept and design, carpentry, printing, finishing, structures, electrical work, logistics: everything is done in-house, from the first sketch to the last screw.
This proximity makes all the difference. A last-minute adjustment? We’re right there. An exhibitor who wants to see, touch, and approve things before the trade show? They just walk into the workshop. That’s what it’s like to work with an Alsatian booth builder: the brand is right in front of you, not at the other end of an email.
Booths designed to last, not to end up in the dumpster

A trade show generates a huge amount of waste. A lot of materials and a lot of money—often thrown away in just three days. We’ve been rejecting this waste for a long time.
Our modular booths are built on reusable aluminum frames, designed to be assembled, disassembled, and reassembled without damage. Assembled. Disassembled. Reassembled. Never thrown away. We also use water-based, solvent-free ink printing, recycled carpeting, and a 100% LED lighting system. This commitment has a recognized name in our industry: Better Stands Gold certification. It’s not just a slogan tacked onto the back of a brochure. It’s a way of doing business.
For an exhibitor at the Alsace Wine Fair,eco-design isn’t just about having a clear conscience. It means a booth that will be back next year—improved rather than rebuilt—at another trade show instead of ending up at the recycling center. Beauty and sustainability, all in one move.

A Success Story That Began at the FAV
In early August, *Les Dernières Nouvelles d’Alsace* published an article about us with the telling headline: “Enjoy Expo, a success story born at the FAV (or almost).” The headline says it all. Our story and that of the Foire aux Vins d’Alsace have gone hand in hand from the very beginning.
It was here, on this site, that we learned the trade of exhibition stand design in Alsace. Understanding an exhibitor, translating a brand into space, light, and materials, and meeting a deadline that cannot be missed—because the trade show waits for no one. The FAV trained us to meet the highest standards. Today, we’re giving back spaces that showcase local expertise.

The FAV is right here at home, and you can really feel it
We could list all the technical arguments. But a successful booth isn’t measured by a product spec sheet. Visitors won’t remember every detail of the booth’s design. They’ll remember how they felt when they stopped by your booth, glass in hand, at the Alsace Wine Fair.
That’s what we’re building: a space that reflects who you are, crafted with local expertise, designed to last well beyond the ten days of the fair. About twenty times this year. With the same enthusiasm every time.
