One booth, two lives… or more!

July 23, 2026 | The Art of the Booth, Trade Shows, Booths

A trade show lasts three days. A great booth can last for years.

A reusable modular booth doesn’t end up in the dumpster once the doors close. In the events industry, however, structures have long been built with the here-and-now in mind: three days at the trade show, then the trash.

A lot of material. A lot of money. And, above all, a lot of photos thrown away after just one date.

At ENJOY, then, we’ve chosen a different path. From the very first sketch, we design each booth with its second life already in mind. Then its third. And so on.

It’s not just a little extra soul added at the end of the project. It’s the way we work.

A reusable modular booth, built to last

It all starts with the structure.

A reusable modular booth is built on sturdy, precision-engineered aluminum frames designed to be assembled, disassembled, and reassembled without sustaining damage. As a result, no materials are wasted at each event.

Next, we reuse the design elements from one project to the next. We store them, maintain them, and then breathe new life into them in a different form when the brief changes.

Finally, we recycle our carpets and usewater-based, solvent-free ink for printing. After all, what affects your image also affects the air we breathe in the workshop.

A sustainable booth, however, is no less ambitious. On the contrary, it involves the same creative energy—but with less impact and more meaning.

The Real Life of a Reusable Booth

The trade show is closing. But a reusable booth doesn't end there. Where many people throw things away, we put them away.

First, we carefully take apart this portable booth, piece by piece. Then, the components are returned to the workshop, where they are inspected, cleaned, and stored. There, they await their next assignment.

For the next project, this modular booth builds on that same foundation. We rearrange, refurbish, and reinvent. Same high standards, new look.

Assembled. Disassembled. Reassembled. Never thrown away.

The Clairefontaine Example: A Modular Traveling Booth

The best proof of a well-designed booth is time. And the menu.

In fact, we designed and built the Clairefontaine booth, a reusable modular booth that has already traveled throughout Europe:

  • Luxepack — Monaco, 2022
  • Labelexpo — Brussels, 2023
  • Labelexpo — Barcelona, 2025
  • PCD — Milan, 2025
  • Fachpack — Nuremberg, 2025
  • Packaging Première — Milan, 2026
  • Paris Packaging Week — Paris, 2026

Six countries, four years, the same modular booth that reinvents itself at every stop.

In fact, with each edition, we reuse elements from one event to the next. The modular framework remains the same. Then the setup is adapted: we adjust the floor space based on the location, rethink the layout, and update the visuals and messaging as the trade shows progress.

In fact, some editions are almost identical to one another. For example, Labelexpo Barcelona mirrors the atmosphere of the Brussels booth: the same clever design, two cities, two years. This way, we can simply reassemble the booth instead of rebuilding everything from scratch.

That’s what modularity is all about: a reusable booth that evolves with the brand over time and becomes more effective with each new iteration. As a result, the investment pays for itself event after event, rather than ending up as a temporary display.

Eco-friendly booth design: we prefer to keep it simple

For us, eco-friendly booth design isn’t just a marketing slogan. It’s a way of working. And it has a proven track record: the Better Stands Gold validates our approach, and the ECO2 reforestation program offsets our carbon footprint.

Finally, the rest consists of the day-to-day practices of an eco-friendly booth: sorting waste in the workshop, reusing items instead of buying new ones, and taking care of items that can be reused.

Building Better, Together

An eco-friendly booth, then, is driven by the same desire to make a lasting impression, while being mindful of the impact we leave behind.

Today, preparations are underway for the start of the trade show season. So let’s talk about your next reusable modular booth—and all the uses it will have in the future.
